Cooking Steps
1. Prepare beef, carrots, rice, scallions and black pepper.
2. Add about 1 g of salt to the ground beef.
3. Add proper amount of black pepper.
4. Add about 10 ml cooking wine. Stir and marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Cut carrots into small cubes.
