Efficacy

Cooking Steps
1. Soak the dry abalone well in advance. If it's not too big, soak it for a day and rinse. Otherwise, soak for an extra day.
2. Soak and wash morchellas and dendrobium. Set aside.
3. The water for soaking morchellas should be moderate, probably it's about a little higher than the morchellas. After soaking for about twenty minutes, you'll see the water turn wine red.
4. Soak until morchellas are completely soft. Remove and clean. Set aside.
5. Cut open the morchellas and rinse.
6. Blanch the duck. Then put the ingredients into the pot.
7. Put a piece of ham to improve the taste.
8. Put the longan and the dried tangerine peel.
9. Cook for 2 hours. Finally add some salt and you can enjoy the soup.
