Sour plum soup is a traditional summer drink and a rare health drink in hot summer. Regular intake of it not only can remove oil and greasy, benefit skin, but also strengthen spleen, boost appetite, and refresh the spirit.

Cooking Steps
1. Prepare ingredients. Wash the ingredients (except osmanthus) with clean water.
2. Wrap the ingredients (except osmanthus fragrans) in a non-woven bag or gauze, so that the boiled plum soup does not need to be filtered.
3. Put in the pot, add 3L of water and soak for 1 hour.
4. Bring the soaked ingredients to a boil. Cover, turn to low heat and continue to cook for 40 minutes.
5. Put 150g rock sugar and an appropriate amount of osmanthus 5 minutes before turning off the heat. (It will be more sweet and sour after being cooled and chilled in the refrigerator!)
