About the recipes
In winter, my throat is very dry, and it is easy to get angry. The weather is cold, and I don’t want to eat fruit, so I made this “beautiful soup” to warm my stomach after drinking it, and it also played a role in reducing fire.
Efficacy
Crystal sugar Sydney soup is sweet in taste, smooth in nature and enters the lung and spleen channels. Therefore, it has the functions of nourishing yin and generating fluid, moistening the lungs and clearing dryness. It is suitable for chronic tracheitis and chronic pharyngitis. Crystal sugar Sydney soup can also remove the toxins accumulated in the body for a long time. Because it contains malic acid, citric acid, vitamin B1, B2 and carotene, it also has the function of reducing fire.
