Efficacy
Abrus mollis is sweet, slightly bitter and cool and it has the functions of benefiting damp, removing jaundice, clearing heat, removing toxins, dispersing the depressed liver-qi and alleviating pain. It can be used for cooking soup in wet season. The pig spleen has the functions of tonifying spleen and stomach, helping digestion, nourishing lung, moistening dryness, improving facial color and removing irascibility. It is often used to make soup.

Cooking Steps
1. Prepare all the materials well.
2. Soak the Yunnan dipelta root for 165 minutes.
3. During soaking the Yunnan dipelta root, we can process the pig spleen. Remove the fat muscle from the pig spleen and cut it into pieces. Then cut the Pork into pieces.
4. Bring some water to a boil, add some gingers. Put the processed pig spleen and Pork into pot. Blanch them and take them out. Throw away the ginger.
5. Boil a pot of water over high fire, and in the meantime we can process the abrus mollis.
6. Repeatedly wash the Yunnan dipelta root until the water is no longer muddy.
7. Wash the candied date, pearl barley, red beans and smilax glabra. Put them into the boiling pot together with the other ingredients. When the water boils again, turn down the heat and cook for one and a half hours. Then it is ready.
