Cooking Steps
1、Prepare the necessary ingredients. Soak the oyster drum half an hour in advance and clean it. Select the tender white radish without root silk inside
2、Peel the white radish and cut it into 4 pieces. Add the radish into a pot with large capacity (do not cut the radish too small, and stew it for more than an hour)
